Ben is a real estate wizard, you would be crazy not to use him. He helped me sell two houses in under 48 hours and made the stressful house selling process a breeze. She talked to many companies in the area and was very confident in recommending we use Ben as our realtor. He took us to nearly 25 houses in 2 days to help us find the perfect house. Several years later he worked for my mom and then my sister. When we decided to sell we didn't call anyone else. Ben is very responsive to calls, texts, and emails.
